Based in the heart of Brooklyn, NYC, Anthony is a seasoned entrepreneur & multi-disciplinary professional with a career rooted in a deep-seated passion for human performance and creative expression.
After studying business and marketing at Coastal Carolina University, Anthony combined his academic foundation with a relentless drive for success, running 5 health clubs at age 21, opening his first gym at 23 and earning 8 NPC lightweight bodybuilding championships before 27.
His dedication to discipline & physical mastery evolved into a lifelong expertise in the fitness industry, joining the Danish tech/fitness unicorn “Lenus eHealth” in Copenhagen in 2021, overseeing their expansion from Europe into the US market via NYC and LA. Anthony now serves as Partner & CMO of NOWFit, leading the charge in fitness technology and digital strategy while providing high-level business consultancy for growing brands.

Education & Early Career
Growing up in a fitness household with a father who was a bodybuilder and avid cyclist, I spent my early years in and out of gym daycares before joining my first exercise program at 11 years old after being bullied in school for being overweight. Losing 25lbs between 11 and 12, I underwent a life-changing transformation that would catapult my fitness interest into a lifelong passion for health and wellness. In high school, I played numerous sports including baseball, track, football, and indoor soccer. Along with recreational sports, I maintained a 4.0 GPA through graduation, earning me an academic scholarship to Coastal Carolina University.
After studying business and marketing at Coastal Carolina University, I channeled my academic foundation into action. At just 23, I opened my first gym, driven by an understanding that fitness is more than physical training: it is a vehicle for discipline, confidence, and personal transformation. That same relentless drive carried me to 8 NPC lightweight bodybuilding championships, proving that the principles I teach are ones I live by every day.
The Evolution
From the Gym Floor to the Boardroom
My dedication to discipline and physical mastery evolved into a lifelong expertise in the fitness industry. After selling my gym in 2015, I made the jump to NYC taking a Northeast Sales Director position with Life Time Athletic, before serving as NYC Business Director for Town Sports International (until their post-Covid bankruptcy filing). After the pandemic, I was recruited by the Danish tech/marketing company “Lenus eHealth”, spearheading their international market expansion from Europe into the US market via NYC and Los Angeles.
Today, I serve as Partner & CMO of NOWFit, a tech platform and marketing agency rebuilding the future of fitness coaching through technology. At NOWFit, I lead the charge in digital strategy, product development, and brand positioning, helping coaches and fitness professionals scale their impact through AI-powered tools, personalized programming, and community-driven platforms.
